How to Use This

25 or above: Pitch with confidence. This creator has structural fit across traffic, monetization gap, niche alignment, and accessibility. Lead with the full offer.

21–24: Good fit, lighter scope. Start with a single deployment (Shape 1) and expand after proving results. Don't lead with the three-shape offer.

18–20: Marginal. Not your first partner. Consider as partner 3 or 4 after you have a case study and referral momentum working for you.

Below 18: Pass. Add to your long-term watch list and move on. The math doesn't support the effort right now.

About disqualifiers: If Monetization = 0, Monetization Gap = 0, Niche Fit is 0 or 1, or Accessibility = 0, the partnership has a structural deal-breaker. No total score overrides a zero in these factors — the failure mode is baked in.
